In the 2026 Wanda Diamond League, three athletes have already secured their spots in the women’s 3000m steeplechase final in Brussels based on the ongoing points race: Tunisia’s Marwa Bouzayani (25 points), Kenya’s Faith Cherotich (21 points), and Uganda’s Peruth Chemutai (20 points). Meanwhile, Ethiopians Kenna Tufa (14 points) and Alemnat Walle (7 points) currently hold positions that would qualify them for the Brussels final.<\/p>\n

In the women’s 3000m steeplechase, an event where a total of 10 athletes qualify for the final in Brussels, Kena Tufa currently holds 5th place with a total of 14 points, earned by securing 5 points in Shanghai (China), 4 points in Xiamen (China), and 5 points in Stockholm (Sweden).
